With the ISO DataGenerator, you collect data on young plants. Then the machine collects this data into a database so it can be used to monitor plant growth and development.
The ISO DataGenerator is a machine that collects data on young plants. The process begins by picking up young plants from the tray, carefully placing them on a carrier. This carrier moves through a room, where a detailed 3D image of each plant is taken. This process is made possible by sensors and technology that accurately scan the plants and record their characteristics. This creates a detailed digital model of each plant, including information about their size, shape and structure.
After the 3D recording, the young plants are carefully placed back on the tray. All collected data, both of individual plants and the entire lot, is then stored in a database. This collected data provides a wealth of information that can be applied in a variety of ways. For example, the data can be used to monitor plant growth and development, identify health problems or growth delays, optimize growing conditions and even predict crop yields. The versatility of the data allows growers to gain valuable insights.
At ISO we offer different machines for the vegetable sector. For example, we have different grafting machines with which you can graft automatically. Think for example of the ISO Graft 1100, the ISO Graft 1200 or the ISO Graft Semi 1500. But we also have the ISO PlantSampler in our range which makes it possible to automatically sample young vegetable plants without possible human errors.
