ISO Vision Planter

The ISO Vision Planter is a machine used for transplanting and pruning young plants in horticulture. The unique feature of this machine is that the transplanting process and replacement of failed plants are carried out simultaneously, which increases efficiency.

Transplanting and intercropping in one work step

Transplanting young plants, also known as transplanting, is an important step in the process of growing crops. Transplanting involves transferring young plants from their original growing location, such as seed or stem trays, to their final location where they can continue to grow.

The ISO Vision Planter automates and optimizes this transplanting process. The machine uses a robotic arm to move the plants from the seeding or staking tray to their final planting location. In the process, they are carefully placed in the staking medium.

At the same time, the machine also detects the presence of planting during the process of pruning. Penning is the process of replacing missing plants. If the machine detects an empty position in the coring medium, it skips it and the coring medium remains empty. In this way, only positions with actual plants are filled, allowing efficiency and saving of precious plant material.

Flexible capacity and materials

One of the advantages of the ISO Vision Planter is the ability to adjust capacity according to user needs and materials to be processed. This means that the number of grippers can be configured based on the desired speed and type of planting material being used, such as seed or cuttings.
